Gaining knowledge

Today in many countries I believe that many people’s education degree at minimum of a bachelor degree. As everyone knows that there are some of the countries, many people still continue to study a master degree. I think that no matter study which degree a master or just a bachelor will be good to this person in his or her future life. But there are more important that the degree, which was the knowledge that we must know. There are some many people who studied so high, but finally notice this is not what I want, when they went to work and find it out. I felt gaining much capability of your work plus knowing knowledge is what everyone should gain or get.

What is knowledge anyway? Before I want to talk about knowledge, I would like to give you some of the fact to prove my viewpoint. Today if you were like me gaining a bachelor of a management or an engineering related course, and find out that this work have no vision or no passion on it. What is the first thing that will pop on your head, continue doing it, or just change a new field? I believe that there are 50% of the people will not choose the same path as what they had been study in college or university. Study a degree is just getting a diploma, which was just a piece of paper. To me I think that there are some few of the people think that to gain this paper, and then find a new job. Seriously I need to tell you that sometimes a lot of thing will not be what you have been expected what you want. As many people knows society have many types of effect structured together when finding job, your capability and skill, government, country’s culture, and many more. If you want it, you have to make a lot of effort to gain it. Do anyone believe that there is a chance that you be easier to have, if you never tried. For example, I am major business administrator as my bachelor, but I decided to apply for engineering or sales related work, due to I likes to work in a technology industry. I believe you will not get this work that smoothly, due to you are not major as this major, and you have no experience to prove to people you are qualified to this work.

As I held up the point of need to make some effort to get a chance, else chance will be given to someone else. Finding a job is that really related to knowledge. Actually everything that you do, decision, finding job, and more things related to knowledge. Knowledge is what we will gain some fact from books, article, or even from people’s experience. I would like to use the above as an example, if this person who hasn’t has the qualified criterial to his job career, he should find some method of solving this problem, due to this person who is not aggressively about this problem. If he gains some knowledge by books, magazine, video online, internet, or speech, these types of resource will let him gain a lot of knowledge. This knowledge will let him gain a lot of thing, and be preparing after he graduate. If he would gather this knowledge, today everything might change, he might gain a job after graduate, despite if he didn’t have this knowledge, he would need to spend more effort to accumulate related experience.

I would like to tell you a real story about me, how will failed like the person I mention just now, and when I receive this knowledge which changed me symbolic.

I was graduated related to management and information related course. I can apply to technology, and management related work. There was one major reason why I find job that difficult. I have qualified to related major, but I had lack of working experience, and no direction what to work on. Today if I receive a lot of experience, everything will change rapidly. Truly find my first job is 1 year, and actually I found my first job is 2 year. People will said, what do you mean, 1 year or 2 year. Actually the first job was a contractor and no technique, so this can’t be listed under my experience. Eventually, the second job should be my first job, through it’s also a contractor, but there is a technique. I gain a lot of knowledge after gaining my first job, which was after 3 years of graduate from university. I was really luck that there is a manager, one of my friend I know will finding a job. This person actually is also my mentor, which gives me a lot of knowledge from revising my resume and leads me to listen to speech. From that time, I started to like to listen to speech. Today I am still listening to speech, but I gain a lot of knowledge by not listen speech, also find book, and look at the video. I would like to share some of the good knowledge if I know this, everything will change. I had notice we have to set a target on what you are going to work when graduate, which I never think of this and you could have a tried to go experience different work in junior or senior year of university. After graduate from school, you are not a student anymore, so no one I going to give you chance. If I know this knowledge, I would like to go and have accumulated working experience in a technology industry, after graduate I believe I would have a lot of chance.

I would like to conclude my word by wishing everyone should gain much knowledge by surrounding resource. I believe that today technologies are much more convinced, so please don’t waste this chance. It would not waste a lot of time, just pull out 5 minute of your spare time to browser through internet explorer and find working related information. There is one resource that can give you an advice is youtube have lots of information, just type the key word, you will find a lot of information. Life if full of fun, and if you did a lot of planning, and gain tons of knowledge, you path will be that smooth. I wish that gaining knowledge is much better than someone tells you. Often someone give you the fact or knowledge, will be too late, though you will gain it. One more thing is if there have time before graduate, please be prepared by finding many knowledge by yourself, this will help you in the future.
